Sarah Pierce is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Deel since October 2023, Sarah previously worked at RTM Business Group from October 2017 to August 2023, where roles included Production Director, Event Production Manager, Marketing Manager for K-12, and Delegate Relations Executive. In these positions, Sarah was responsible for managing the Production Department, creating innovative program content, securing keynote speakers, and overseeing marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes Brand Executive and Marketing Assistant roles at Largo Foods, as well as positions in the Marketing Development Programme and Verve The Live Agency. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Marketing Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University College Dublin.
