Riley Cerven currently serves as the Director of Expansion Sales EMEA at Deel and is an Executive Member at Pavilion, both roles commenced in mid-2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at D2L from January 2015 to June 2024, where Riley held various leadership positions such as Director of Enterprise Sales and Account Management EMEA, achieving notable metrics in gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, and new revenue quota attainment. Additional roles included Senior Manager and Manager of Account Management EMEA, contributing to substantial year-over-year revenue growth and operational expansion.
