Orr Zilcha currently serves as the Director of Procurement at Deel, a position held since May 2022, following the role of Associate Director for Procurement and IT. Prior to this, Orr held the position of Automotive R&D Section Leader at the Israeli Ministry of Defense from July 2020 to May 2022. Orr's professional journey began with the Israel Defense Forces, where roles included Manufacturing Plant Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Technical Project Manager from October 2013 to July 2020. Academically, Orr holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (2009-2013) and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Management, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management (2016-2018).
