Ming Li is an experienced technology leader currently serving as VP of Technology at Deel since June 2023, focusing on building a global platform for hiring and payroll. Previously, Ming held the position of Engineering Leader at Rippling from December 2021 to May 2023, where work centered on integrating employee management solutions. As CTO and Cofounder of Rock from 2019 to 2021, Ming developed tools for remote work and asynchronous collaboration. Additional roles include Director of Engineering at TikTok, Head of Poland R&D at NAUTO, Senior Software Engineer at Google, Engineering Manager at Technicolor, and Software Engineer at UTStarcom. Ming holds a Master's degree in Information System & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University.
