Dr. Jan Deepen is a founding partner at Discovery Ventures and has extensive experience in investment and corporate development, having served as an investor and Executive Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development at Deel. Dr. Deepen co-founded and led Zeitgold as CEO before its acquisition by Deel and also co-founded SumUp. Additionally, Dr. Deepen is an investor in Trade Republic and holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
