Nicolet joined Dee Zee as an accounting intern in 1986. A few months later was offered a full-time position in the department, switching to night school to complete his accounting degree. Nicolet's career grew with the company and includes various accounting positions, payroll management, software implementation leadership, production scheduling, and purchasing management. When Dee Zee needed a leader to establish an operation in China, Nicolet took the challenge, re-located and led the team there for several years.
After completion, if the China assignment, Nicolet returned to the US headquarters to continue his role as Vice President of Purchasing. Several years later, Dee Zee sought executive leadership for the IT team and Nicolet accepted the role of corporate CIO. Integrity, creativity, experience, commitment, high expectations, and vision are some of the attributes he brings to the top management team.
