Shital Pawar has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps engineering. In 2017, they started their career at Eaton as an intern, where they worked with the performance testing team and gained experience in tools like LoadRunner and HP performance monitor tool.

In 2017, Shital joined NICE inContact as an Associate DevOps Engineer and later transitioned to the position of DevOps Engineer. Shital'sresponsibilities included creating end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and Concourse.

Since 2020, Shital has been working at DeCurtis Corporation. Shital started as a DevOps Engineer and was promoted to Senior DevOps Engineer in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Staff DevOps Engineer.

Shital Pawar completed a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Walchand College of Engineering (A Govt. Aided Autonomous Institute) in SANGLI-M.S. This educational accomplishment took place from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Shital Pawar obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from Government Polytechnic in Solapur between 2011 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Shital Pawar also attained the certification of Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in January 2022.
