Rick Spade is currently the Vice President of People at Decron Properties Corp. Prior to this role, Rick held various human resources positions at Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, including Market Director and Area Director of Human Resources. Rick also served as the Director of Human Resources at Marriott International. Rick earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University-Purdue University at Fort Wayne.
