Hany Fanous has extensive experience in production planning and management, currently serving as the Planning & Buffer Manager at Decor Cabinets Ltd since May 2012. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Materials (BOM) for orders, managing constraints, overseeing work-in-progress, and ensuring timely deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, Hany held various roles at INDEVCO Group - Unipaknile from 1999 to 2012, starting as a Sample Designer and progressing to Planning Supervisor, focusing on machine programming and production efficiency. Earlier positions also include Site Manager at Crown Tours and Accountant at EGYCAR. Hany holds a degree in Accounting from Cairo University and has completed various courses and training in the field.
