Earl Diekman is an experienced Information Technology leader currently serving at DecoPac, Inc. since December 2017, where strategic direction for the IT Department is provided, along with responsibilities in business systems analysis, project management, and managing complex initiatives. Previous roles include IT Project Management Consultant at York Solutions for 3M, and various positions in project management and technical roles at Celestica, Carestream, Kodak Health Imaging, and 3M. Earl possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Project Management from Capella University and an Electronics Degree from St. Paul Technical College.
