Richard Peters is a seasoned professional in the marketing and media industry, currently serving as Co-founder and Co-CEO of DECODED since 2011. Previously, Richard co-founded The Scarlett Mark and held the position from January 2008 to December 2014. Earlier in Richard's career, leadership roles included Head of Channel Planning at Ogilvy & Mather from 2004 to 2008 and Media Director at PHD from 1996 to 2002.
