Laura Baldo has a diverse work experience in project operations, account management, and marketing. Laura currently serves as the Director of Project Operations at Unlock Health since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at DECODE, starting in 2018. At DECODE, they also worked as a Technical Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Account Executive. Before joining DECODE, Laura worked as a Senior Account Manager at Versa Creative Group from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they served as a Student Representative at the American Marketing Association from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Laura held positions as a Marketing Assistant at Nex Group from 2012 to 2013, and as an Account Executive at Duplo Comunicação e Marketing from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they worked as an Account Executive at General Design from 2008 to 2010.

Laura Baldo completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2008 to 2012. Afterwards, they pursued further education and obtained another Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northeastern State University from 2013 to 2016.
