Katrina Bossotti is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in consumer loyalty and CRM initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Global Loyalty at Deckers Brands since December 2019, Katrina previously held roles including Sr. Manager of Consumer Experience & Loyalty. Prior to Deckers, Katrina worked at Under Armour from July 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities included leading personalization testing on an agile marketing team. At Reebok from January 2015 to July 2018, Katrina contributed to the establishment of the Reebok Unlocked loyalty program and managed digital communications for the ReebokONE rewards program. Earlier experience includes a sourcing specialist role at the adidas group in late 2014. Katrina holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Boston University.
