Dylan Aiello serves as a Strength Coach at Player Development Lab, LLC, since January 2024, while also completing an internship at Performance Edge and working as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Inside Edge Strength & Conditioning since October 2023. In addition to fitness roles, Dylan has been a Content Facilitator for Decided Excellence Catholic Media since March 2022 and previously worked as a Barista at Sacred Grounds Coffee from March 2022 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes a brief position as a Package Handler at UPS in July 2020. Dylan Aiello holds a degree from Christendom College, earned between 2019 and 2023.
