Izabela Lynch currently serves as the Global Process Owner for Quality and Project Assurance at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC since April 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at MSD from September 2013 to April 2022, specifically as Quality Systems Manager, Associate Specialist QA, and Senior Quality Assurance and Systems Officer. Earlier in the career, Izabela worked as a Laboratory Technician at Baxter International Inc. from April 2008 to September 2013. Izabela holds an Engineer's degree in environmental management from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie, earned between 2004 and 2008.
