Mimi McCann is a law clerk at Dechert LLP as of November 2023, having recently passed the July 2023 Uniform Bar Exam and is pending admission to the New York Bar. Concurrently, Mimi serves as a legal intern in video mitigation at The Legal Aid Society and previously held positions as a legal intern in the Criminal Defense Clinic at Lincoln Square Legal Services Inc. and as a summer associate at Dechert LLP. Previous experience includes a judicial internship at the U.S. District Court under the Honorable Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, and a legal internship at the United States Attorneys' Offices in the Criminal Division. Mimi holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University, alongside a formative education at The Episcopal Academy.
