Insung Kim is a seasoned tax associate with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. Currently part of the Global Tax Group at Dechert LLP since October 2021, Insung Kim previously worked at Goulston & Storrs, Crowell & Moring LLP, and PwC, where representation included multinational corporations, institutional investors, and non-profits. Insung Kim's background also includes serving as an Interpreter Staff Sergeant and Company Leader in the Republic of Korea Air Force, providing liaison support to U.S. forces.
