Ketan Shah is a seasoned professional based in Bharuch with extensive experience in process and plant safety. Currently serving as Associate General Manager at Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt. Limited since June 2014, Ketan specializes in process hazard analysis, risk assessments, the implementation of process safety management, and accident investigation. Ketan has a strong background in managing change, enhancing asset integrity, and ensuring compliance with various ISO standards. Prior to this role, Ketan worked as Senior Production Manager at Bayer CropScience from September 1993 to May 2014, where responsibilities included planning, resource optimization, safety excellence, and operational management.
