Mona Montazeri is an experienced professional in sourcing and supply chain management, currently serving as a Strategic Buyer at Decathlon International since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and monitoring corporate social responsibility performance. Prior to this role, Mona worked as an Internal Auditor, focusing on risk evaluation and compliance within the supply chain. Previous experience at Decathlon Iran as a Production Leader involved strategic sourcing and feasibility projects, while earlier roles included Industrial Engineer at Persia Shidak Raya and System Analyst at Fanavaran Petro Amad, which emphasized compliance with international standards and business process analysis. Mona holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor’s Degree from Alzahra University.
