Bernard Tan is an experienced professional in retail and production management, currently serving as the APAC Zone Planner at Decathlon Thailand since September 2023. Previously, Bernard held the position of Advisor at Decathlon Indonesia from July 2021 to September 2023 and was a Store Manager at Decathlon Thailand, where leadership was showcased in establishing the first retail store in the Isan region. With extensive experience as the Zone Production Manager for Oxylane Group (Decathlon) from January 2011 to September 2022, responsibilities included overseeing production and buying activities across Southeast Asia, as well as ensuring compliance and profitability in multiple countries. Earlier career highlights include serving as General Manager at PNE Micron, where Bernard was instrumental in setting up operations and managing factory profitability in Thailand. Bernard Tan holds a Diploma in Quality Assurance Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, completed from 1997 to 2000, and attended Maktab Sultan Abu Bakar (English College) from 1991 to 1997.
