Susana Silva is an experienced professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Decathlon Portugal. With a background as a Store Director and Communication Manager & Customer Relationship, Susana has developed strong managerial and communication skills. Previous experience includes working as a Bank Assistant at CGD and as a Recruiter at SLOT Recursos Humanos. Susana holds a Postgraduate degree in Business Management from Universidade do Algarve (2009-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same institution (2006-2009).
