Alicia Brandt

Head Of CRM / Loyalty & Customer Research at Decathlon Deutschland

Alicia Brandt has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Alicia started their career in 2011 as a Corporate Marketing professional at GFI Group. In 2014, they joined Zalando SE, where they worked as a CRM/E-Mail Marketing Manager and later as an Offline Marketing- Cooperations specialist. In 2015, Alicia briefly worked as an Islandpferdetrainer before returning to Zalando as a Producer/Agile Project Manager. In 2017, they obtained a Weiterbildung DOSB Trainer C Leistungssport Islandpferdereiten/IPZV Trainer C at Gestüt Norderheide and then served as an Islandpferdetrainer. Alicia also founded their own venture called Tölt the World in 2018. Currently, they are employed at Decathlon Deutschland as the Head of CRM & Loyalty, and they have previously worked there as a CRM Campaign Leader and Sport Leader mit Personalverantwortung/Teamleiter.

Alicia Brandt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Hochschule Lübeck in 2012. Alicia then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Marketingkommunikation from design akademie berlin - SRH Hochschule für Kommunikation und Design, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, they participated in an Auslandssemester at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) in 2010.
