Nicolas Roucou has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies, notably serving as CEO of Décathlon Canada since November 2016, with a mission to make sports accessible to all Canadians. Prior to this, Nicolas was an Administrator at ADEO from 2010 until March 2022, contributing to the group's strategic direction and sustainability. Nicolas held several key positions at Decathlon from 1991 to 2016, including Director of Industrial Operations and Director of Health-Discovery Offers, where responsibilities included overseeing product development and supply chain operations. Additionally, Nicolas was involved in governance as a board member for Gotham Greens from September 2018 to March 2020. Nicolas began the professional journey as a Project Engineer at Dassault Aviation, specializing in technological research in space defense systems, after earning an engineering degree in aerospace from ISAE-SUPAERO.
