Casper Norden is the CEO & Co-Founder of Decade Energy, where Casper focuses on simplifying the transition to a smart energy future. Prior to this role, Casper held the position of Chief Fleet Solution Officer at Volta Trucks, where Casper built the Truck-as-a-Service (TaaS) offering and secured venture debt from the EIB. With a background in finance and business strategy, Casper has also worked at Peltarion and EQT Ventures. Casper holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
