Lori McDonald currently serves as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Deca Technologies since June 2012, where responsibilities include managing HR and finance groups for a leading semiconductor technology company and overseeing HR requirements for a multi-state and international remote staff. Previously, Lori held the position of Office Manager, focusing on finance and HR processes and contributing to ERP implementation. Prior to that, Lori worked as an Elementary Teacher in the Litchfield Elementary School District from July 2003 to May 2012. Lori holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from Arizona State University's WP Carey School of Business and a Post Baccalaureate in Elementary Education and Teaching from Arizona State University West.
