Adam R. Jones serves as the Vice President of Business Development at L'Oréal since April 2014, leading initiatives in strategic partnerships, corporate venture capital investments, acquisitions, and licensing. Notable contributions include overseeing groundbreaking product launches such as My Skin Track UV and UV Sense, as well as serving on the Advisory Committee for L'Oréal's VC investments. Prior roles include AVP of Business Development, where Adam executed over 50 strategic agreements and directed a team at the California Research Center. As a former associate director at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Adam significantly increased revenue and deal flow while managing the IP strategy. In addition to legal and business consulting roles, Adam holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions including Harvard Law School and has participated in programs at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management. Adam currently serves as an observer on the board of Debut, focusing on innovative biomanufacturing technologies.
