Nick Brunner has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Nick is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships at DebtBook, where they focus on creating tools to empower finance professionals in the public sector. Prior to this, they co-founded Knotty Jack, a company that aims to inspire adventure. Furthermore, they have worked as an Advocate at Lifeplus and as an Account Executive and Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Blackbaud. Nick also gained legal experience through internships at Lowe's Home Improvement, 1st Mariner Bank, and Carroll County MD. Additionally, they worked as a Central Operations Intern at T. Rowe Price.

Nick Brunner attended McDaniel College from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration. Nick then pursued their law studies, attending the University of Dayton School of Law for one year from 2011 to 2012. Nick subsequently transferred to Wake Forest University School of Law, where they completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2012 to 2014.
