Karl Charmaine Caponpon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and data management. Currently a Learning Operations Senior Analyst at Accenture since September 2019, Karl has also held roles including Learning Operations Analyst and Procure to Pay | Vendor Master Data Analyst. In addition, since March 2022, Karl has been a Certified Dear World Storyteller. Prior experience includes serving as Vendor/Employee Services Manager at Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included issue resolution and data process adherence, and as a Data Analyst at AS White Global, focusing on claims management. Karl's career began as a Billing Coordinator at Baker & McKenzie, managing billing processes and instructions using the SAP Billing System. Karl graduated from Southern Luzon State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
