Irfa Javed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research partnerships, public policy, and digital health projects. Currently serving as the Manager of Research Partnerships for South Asia at Deakin University, Irfa previously made significant contributions as a Public Policy Consultant to the National Health Authority at WISH Foundation India, where the strategy for establishing the NHA’s first Centre of Excellence was developed. Prior experience includes working as a Consultant Operations Analyst at HITLAB, leading multiple digital health projects with substantial budgets and orchestrating key events. Irfa also has a rich background in field research, having conducted in-depth studies for Project Concern International, and has engaged in design research at Quicksand Design Studio. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Social Design from Ambedkar University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Jamia Millia Islamia.
