Elizabeth Noonan is a Trustee at Deaconess Foundation. Elizabeth has over 25 years of experience in economic development and law.
Ms. Noonan started their career as an attorney at Weil Gotshal and Manges. Elizabeth then transitioned to economic development, taking on progressively larger roles at the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, eventually becoming Vice President of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. In 2014, Ms. Noonan joined SSM Health as System Vice President of Innovation & Learning. Elizabeth remained there until 2016 when they started their own consulting company, Elizabeth Noonan Consulting LLC.
Since 2018, Ms. Noonan has served as a Trustee of the Deaconess Foundation. In this role, they provide strategic guidance and oversight to the foundation’s efforts to improve the health of communities in the St. Louis region.
Elizabeth Noonan has a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, a B.A. in Linguistics from Brown University, and an M.S.W. in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis.
