Raffaella Di Gabriele is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Fund Manager and Asset Manager at DeA Capital Real Estate SGR since February 2015. Responsibilities include ordinary and extraordinary real estate management, such as business planning, lease analysis, investment opportunity assessment, divestments, and property renovations. Prior to this role, Raffaella operated as an independent architect from April 2010 to January 2015, focusing on commercial and residential projects aimed at property revitalization and maintenance, with expertise in site assessment for commercial viability and facility management. Raffaella is pursuing a Master in Real Estate Finance at Luiss Guido Carli University and holds a degree in Architecture from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
