Tamar Bruls is an experienced professional currently serving as Coördinator Homeservice and Dagcoördinator at inloophuis Blaka Watra with De Regenboog Groep since April 2020. Tamar Bruls is also a co-founder of Circusbende, active since June 2018. Previous roles include Research Assistant focused on preventing repeated homelessness in the Utrecht and Haarlem regions at Universiteit van Amsterdam, and Programmamedewerker and zaalverhuur at Stichting Urban Resort. Earlier experience includes project support at Samenwerkingsverband VO Amsterdam and an internship in the Research, Information, and Statistics Department of Gemeente Amsterdam. Tamar Bruls holds a Master of Science in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in General Social Sciences from the same institution, alongside education at Hout- en Meubileringscollege.
