Marta Licini is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Legal Affairs Manager at De Nora since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marta held the position of Senior Legal Manager at PwC Italy from July 2020 to June 2023 and worked as a Lawyer at Morri Rossetti e Associati from December 2017 to July 2020. Marta began as a Trainee Lawyer at STARCLEX - Studio Legale Associato Guglielmetti in 2017 and completed a summer internship at Starlinger Mayer Rechtsanwälte in 2016. Marta's expertise spans corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, capital markets, banking law, intellectual property law, and IT law. Academically, Marta holds an LL.M. in International Trade Law from the International Training Centre of the ILO and a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Milano, complemented by an Erasmus Programme experience focusing on International and European Law at Universität Innsbruck and participation in a DAAD Seminar at The University of Freiburg.
