Dr.-Ing. Tim Gudszend, MBE CPC ACC, currently serves as Geschäftsführer at De Nora Deutschland GmbH and EMEIA Operations Director at De Nora, overseeing operations across the EMEIA region. With a robust background in various leadership roles, Dr. Gudszend was the Managing Director and VP of Operations at Gleason-Pfauter Maschinenfabrik GmbH, previously held the position of Corporate Vice President at Henkel, and led the Global BU Solid Carbide Tools at MAPAL Dr. Kress KG. Additional experience includes executive roles at thyssenkrupp businesses and technical leadership in engineering and project management, providing expertise in investment and strategic project planning. Dr. Gudszend holds a doctorate in Human Factors and Technology Management from the University of Stuttgart, multiple coaching certifications, and a Master's degree in International Management.
