Ivo Oostwegel is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at De Nederlandsche Bank since October 2020, Ivo is part of a DevOps Scrum team focused on developing cloud-based backend services and enterprise front-ends using Angular, Typescript, RXJS, and REDUX, alongside implementing CI/CD Azure pipelines and deploying Infrastructure as code with Bicep. Additionally, Ivo is the Founder of TypeKings B.V. and co-founder of DefenseMonkees, where a strong emphasis on user-friendly and innovative solutions is evident. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer at Blokker and Medior Software Engineer at AkzoNobel, specializing in innovative software for color and mixing tooling, among other roles in various companies. Ivo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2015.
