Amy Murphy is an experienced professional in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent and Organisational Development at De Montfort University since January 2016, where previous roles included Head of Change and Development and Senior Learning and Organisational Development Consultant. Prior to this, Amy held the position of Senior Facilitator at Fuel Learning, providing global learning solutions to diverse clients, and served as Head of Juggling at Work Positive, designing and delivering corporate development solutions for clients such as Barclays Bank. Beginning a career as a Higher Work Psychologist at Jobcentre Plus, Amy provided occupational assessment and guidance for individuals with disabilities. Amy's educational background includes an Executive MBA from De Montfort University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School, complemented by a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
