Dheza Paras currently serves as the Marketing Director at the Philippine Daily Inquirer since May 2023 and as a Lecturer at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde since February 2022, teaching Marketing Mix in the School of Professional and Continuing Education. Previously, Dheza held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Wilcon Depot, Inc. from April 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing multiple divisions within the marketing business unit and leading a 40-member team. Dheza's educational background includes advanced studies in Digital Marketing from the Asian Institute of Management, diplomas in Strategic Digital Marketing and Strategic Marketing Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
