Help Desk Analyst Team Lead at De La Rue PLC

Sabrina Rabia has a diverse work experience. Sabrina started working at VFS TasHeel International in October 2013 as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they served until April 2015. Subsequently, they joined GTA in May 2015 as an Agent opérations, but left in October 2016. Finally, in November 2018, Sabrina began working at De La Rue as an Information Technology Analyst. Sabrina was recently promoted to the position of Customer Care Team Lead. Sabrina'stenure at De La Rue is ongoing.

Sabrina Rabia attended N1 from 2010 to 2013, where they studied database management. Sabrina obtained additional certifications in Customer Services Expert from VFS TasHeel International in January 2017 and Foundational Support from Zendesk in September 2022.
