Nicole Paddon is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner in Authentication at De La Rue since December 2018, previously holding the position of HR Advisor. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as an HR Advisor at Cengage Learning EMEA from December 2008 to November 2018, where responsibilities included supporting the HR Director in delivering high-quality HR advisory services across the EMEA region, managing compensation and benefits, and ensuring efficient HR administrative activities.
