Esther van Pomeren is an experienced cultural programmer and project leader with a significant portfolio in social and artistic initiatives spanning several organizations. Currently serving as Stadsprogrammeur at Museum Gouda and Projectleider for various projects, including "Express Yourself" at De Goudse Schouwburg and "De Goudse Iconen" at Cultuurhuis Garenspinnerij, Esther has played a key role in facilitating community engagement through art and culture. Previous roles at Goudse Weekendschool, Gemeente Gouda, and various research positions at organizations like Anti Discriminatie Bureau RADAR and Art.1 highlight a strong background in education, social support, and research on discrimination and human rights. Esther holds a Master's degree in Religion in Contemporary Societies and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology from Utrecht University, complemented by an Erasmus exchange in Cognitive Anthropology and Political Islam.
