Rebecca Toetz is an accomplished educational leader, currently serving as the Director of Instruction for DeForest Area School District since July 2018. Additionally, Rebecca has been the Principal at the School District of Kettle Moraine since July 2012, overseeing a 4K-5th grade building of 460 students and leading the school as a "School of Merit" through the implementation of PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention & Supports). Prior experience includes serving as Principal in Greenfield, WI, managing a larger student body of about 550, and teaching 2nd and 3rd grades at Sparta Area School District while also acting as a Differentiation Coach. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Viterbo University, a Master’s in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
