Karlijn Veldkamp is an experienced HR manager currently serving at De Dierenbescherming since September 2016, providing policy advice in HRM and process facilitation. Prior to this role, Karlijn held positions at Scouting Nederland, including Chairperson of the Works Council and Volunteer Coordinator, contributing to the largest youth organization in the Netherlands.
