Svetlana Kerner currently works at DE-CIX as a Sales Operations Representative in the Sales Platform & Digital Channels division since January 2023. Prior to this role, Svetlana served as a Customer Care Manager and Order Processing Manager at Newtelco GmbH from September 2008 to January 2023, where responsibilities included independent customer support and consulting in Russian, English, and German, project leadership in Key-Account management, and the development of technical documentation. Svetlana holds a degree in Regional Studies with a focus on European countries and translation from Geisteswissenschaftliche Universität in Jekaterinburg, completed in June 2004.
