Han Shi Chen is a Senior Associate and Lawyer (Advocaat) at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, specializing in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions since December 2013. Prior experience includes a secondment as a Registered Foreign Lawyer at Slaughter and May's Hong Kong office and roles as a Masterclass participant at the District Court of The Hague, Law Assistant at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, Legal Advisor at De Leidse Rechtswinkel, and a Student Intern at Loyens & Loeff. Educational qualifications encompass a Postgraduate degree in Mergers and Acquisitions from Grotius Academie, an LL.M. in Chinese Law from The University of Hong Kong, an LL.M. in Jurisprudence from Leiden University, a Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Laws in Jurisprudence with a minor in Business Administration from Leiden University.
