Esther Huijzer is a Senior Associate and Lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek since August 2014, specializing in Pensions, Commercial Litigation, and Employment Law. Prior to this role, Esther served as a Docent/onderzoeker at Universiteit Leiden from November 2012 to August 2014, focusing on Private Law and Civil Procedure as a coordinator and lecturer. Esther also held positions as a student-assistant in various courses and as a Repetitor at Capita Selecta Studieondersteuning. Esther gained initial practical experience as a student intern at NautaDutilh in 2012 and worked as an editor for Ars Aequi between 2009 and 2011. Esther holds an LL.M. in Civil Law from Leiden University and has furthered education in Pension Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
