Stef van Hoek is an experienced professional in customer insights and data analysis, currently serving as Teamlead Customer Insights at de Bijenkorf since April 2020. In this role, Stef manages a team of data analysts and oversees customer segmentation updates. Previously, Stef held positions as Senior Data Analyst CRM, where advanced customer data analysis and media mix modeling were developed, and at The Data Agency as a Sales Consultant Analytics focusing on retail accounts. Earlier experiences include roles at ECCO Leather B.V. as Sales Intelligence Analyst and Project Manager Product Development, where responsibilities included sales forecasting, customer insights, and managing product development processes. Stef holds a Master’s degree in Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology, a Postdoctoral qualification in Customer Insights and Marketing Intelligence from Beeckestijn Business School, and has completed an exchange semester in Technology Management at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology.
