Jos Schouwstra is currently working as a Project- en Beleidsondersteuner at de Alliantie since August 2022, leading internal process improvement and digitalization projects as well as initiatives related to performance agreements and social housing responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as Trainee Wonen&Beheer at Woonstichting SSW, and two positions as Trainee Talent in Huis at de Alliantie and Omnia Wonen. Jos has also worked as a Verhuurmedewerker at Kennemer Wonen, responsible for various rental processes, and assisted in administrative tasks within the rental and sales departments. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Azië Studies from Leiden University and exchange studies in Japanese language and culture at Rikkyo University and Nagasaki University. Additionally, a translation role at the German Institute for Japanese Studies in Tokyo involved translating Japanese interviews related to elderly care.
