Scott Engel has over four decades of experience in plant management and operations within the food and ingredient manufacturing industry. Since 2003, Scott has been serving as Plant Manager at DD Williamson Colors, LLC. Previous roles include Plant Manager at CHR Hansen from 1998 to 2003, and Plant Manager at Milk Specialties Company from 1991 to 1998. Earlier in Scott's career, positions included Assistant Plant Manager at Firmenich, Plant Superintendent and Production Supervisor at Kerry Ingredients, and Lab Technician at Grande Cheese Company. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin Madison, obtained from 1975 to 1979.
