Katie Rountree, CFS, currently serves as Regional Product Manager for the Americas at Givaudan Sense Colour since January 2013, where responsibilities include developing natural color solutions for food companies and collaborating on marketing initiatives. Previous roles at Givaudan include Senior Applications Scientist, Applications Scientist, Associate Application Scientist, and Associate Innovation Scientist. Prior to joining Givaudan, Katie worked at Clemson University from July 2007 to December 2012, holding various positions, including Food Science Teaching Assistant, Shift Manager at ’55 Exchange Clemson Ice Cream, and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Katie holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, with an emphasis in Culinology, from Clemson University.
