Scot Laudicina's work experience includes a wide range of positions in various companies. Scot started their career in automotive sales at Behler Automotive in 1991 and later moved to Stoops Automotive in 1992. In 1996, they transitioned to the technology industry, working as a Territory Account Representative at Imaging Office Systems. Scot then progressed to the role of Regional Sales Manager and eventually became the IOS Product Manager.
In 2008, Laudicina joined Pitney Bowes where they held several roles including Director of Business Development, Director of Product Management, and Director of DPS Sales and Solutions. Scot was also the Americas Director for Communication Delivery Solutions, responsible for managing a team of sales executives focused on postal compliance and optimization.
In 2011, Laudicina became the Managing Director of the Managed Mail and Documents Practice at Pitney Bowes. Scot achieved significant growth during their tenure and was awarded the PBMS Sales Leader of the Year award in 2010. Scot later served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Global Director of Alliances/OEM, Communications Delivery Solutions.
Laudicina joined MetaSource in 2017 as the Associate Vice President, leading a transformation effort in the sales organization. Scot achieved over 200% growth from the prior year and focused on Enterprise Content Management technology as a vertical.
In 2019, Laudicina joined Velocity Technology Solutions as a Senior Account Executive, driving the full sales cycle for large, complex deals. Scot leveraged their network of references to win credibility and understand customers' business needs and strategies.
In 2020, Laudicina joined Precisely | Trust in Data as the Partner Manager for the Americas. Scot cultivated and managed business development efforts with strategic alliances and OEM partners. Scot also served briefly as a Senior Account Executive before transitioning to their current role as the North American Sales Director at DD DANNAR, LLC in 2021.

Scot Laudicina completed their high school education at Columbus North High School from 1984 to 1988, focusing on college preparatory studies. Following this, from 1988 to 1991, they pursued Lighting Design at Indiana University Bloomington, although there is no mention of obtaining a degree in this field. Scot Laudicina also holds several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification obtained from the Six Sigma Global Institute in August 2021, AIIM ERM Specialist obtained from AIIM in August 2009, AIIM ECM Specialist obtained from AIIM in August 2008, and CDIA certification from CompTia in January 1997.
